Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@yogena.in. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation of Services

  • Please send us your cancellation request by email.

  • It will be collected by our accounts and billing department.

  • You will receive a confirmation reply from us. Until then, the request will remain invalid.

  • The email we send in response will be considered proof of canceling the service.

Note: Clients must place their cancellation request within 12 hours of placing the order. PixelSprout Digital will only accept it when the subscription has yet to be started.

Our Refund Policy Yoga Services:

We aim to offer you the best service.  There is no refund for canceling the services after the trial period begins. We can stop any further subscriptions that are not yet paid for. You have easy access to cancel the subscriptions from your account dashboard.

No Refund on subscriptions:

​

  • The company is not liable to make any refunds on the paid amount.

  • For any other miscellaneous charges, we are not responsible for refunding, especially for what causes loss to the company.

  • There is no refund or money-back guarantee for the services that have already been delivered.

  • Clients cannot claim the same for any of the transaction charges.

Refunds: E-Learning Courses:

E-learning courses are completely non-refundable & non-transferable under any circumstances.

Cancellation & Refunds: Private classes

​

Cancellation & Refunds: Private classes are only canceled & refundable 100% (with excluded payment gateway charges & GST) if the refund is raised 5 days before the commencement of training. 

After training/classes commencement we won’t be able to refund any amount.

If In any case Yogena cancels an event, a 100% refund will be paid.
